Legal information

1. Who we are

Obelisco360 LLC (“Obelisco360”, “we”, “us”) is an independent online platform selling official tickets for the Buenos Aires Obelisk Viewpoint and related sightseeing combos.

Obelisco360.com is not the official website of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires or of the attraction’s operator. The viewpoint operation and tourism services are provided by their respective organizers.

By accessing this website and/or purchasing tickets through obelisco360.com you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Scope of these terms

These Terms govern:

  • Your use of the obelisco360.com website and its language versions.
  • The purchase of tickets, vouchers and sightseeing products offered through the site.

3. Booking process and confirmation

  • All purchases are made online through the website.
  • You must provide accurate contact details and a valid payment method.
  • Once the payment has been processed, you will receive your booking confirmation and digital tickets (QR codes).
  • It is your responsibility to check that the date, time, number of participants and product type are correct before confirming payment.

4. Prices, currency and taxes

  • Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Obelisco360 may update prices, promotions and availability without affecting bookings already confirmed.
  • Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.

5. Tickets, access and use of services

  • Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
  • You must arrive at the meeting point with the recommended advance and show your QR code together with a valid ID document matching the booking or purchase holder.
  • Access to the viewpoint and sightseeing services is subject to each organizer’s operational and safety conditions (capacity, weather, maintenance, protocols, etc.).
  • Failure to comply with schedules, documentation requirements or conduct rules may result in denied access without any right to refund.

6. Changes, rescheduling and cancellations

  • Change, rescheduling and cancellation policies depend on the specific ticket or combo purchased and on the service operator’s conditions.
  • The applicable conditions (such as non-refundable products, change deadlines or change fees) will be displayed during the purchase process.
  • In case of temporary closure of the viewpoint or service suspension due to operational reasons, weather or force majeure, a new date, rescheduling option or voucher will be offered in line with the organizer’s policies.
  • Unless otherwise required by law, no cash refunds will be provided in case of no-show, late arrival or failure to meet access requirements.

7. Accessibility and physical conditions

Due to technical and safety limitations, the viewpoint is not accessible for wheelchair users or visitors with very limited mobility, as the final stretch includes a narrow spiral staircase.

Each visitor is responsible for assessing, with their doctor if needed, whether their health condition allows them to participate safely. Purchasing tickets means acknowledging and accepting these limitations.

8. Use of the website

You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt to breach its security systems and not to engage in activity that may disrupt its proper functioning. Obelisco360 may suspend access to the site for maintenance or circumstances beyond its control, without giving rise to compensation.

9. Third-party content and external links

The website may include links to third-party pages. Obelisco360 is not responsible for the content, security or policies of those external sites. Photos, descriptions and sample itineraries are illustrative and may vary for operational reasons.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obelisco360 will not be liable for losses or damages arising from cancellations, delays or changes in the operation of the viewpoint or services provided by third parties, nor for personal injury or property damage caused by breach of rules, reckless behaviour or misuse of facilities by visitors.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have under mandatory law.

11. Intellectual property

The content of the site (texts, brands, logos, photos, design, etc.) belongs to Obelisco360 or is used under the relevant authorization and is protected by intellectual property rules. No reproduction or commercial use of such content is allowed without prior written consent.

12. Personal data and privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the website. By using the site and making a purchase you agree to such processing.

13. Changes to these terms

Obelisco360 may update these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary. The current version is the one published on this website at the time of your visit or purchase.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the consumer and e-commerce regulations applicable to you. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts as determined by such law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
